PRODUCTS
BERGER Lichttechnik offers complete testing systems for cells and modules ready for integration into any manufacturing environment. Interfaces for communication with handling systems are standardized and have been tested with many different suppliers of factory automation systems. Module testing systems with optional safety testing are available making automated tests to ensure fulfillment of safety requirements according to IEC 1215, EN 61215 and UL 1703. This includes high-voltage, insulation, and ground continuity testing.
The measurement systems automatically communicate all relevant parameters and results over the interface. All data is also saved to a database. The software PSL for Windows can also recognize module types via barcode or serial number. All measurements of photovoltaic characteristics and safety requirements are then performed automatically with the correct settings. Labels with relevant classification and power data of the module can be printed and optional interfaces to MES systems are available.
The measurement systems are modular in design making it easy to add upgrades in the field. This also simplifies service of components.
