The work station with manual probing unit integrates the components of BERGER cell tester systems into a manual setup for offline and R & D use. This could be for special testing on selected cells from the production or creating daughter cells. It is also helpful for R & D if new process step parameters are evaluated. The Probing Unit is designed for easy maintenance and simple adjustment to different cell types. It is also available as a flexible unit for up to 6 bus bars. Customized probing units available (e.g. 4 busbar cells, back contact cells).
